Château Soutard 2015 has a dark red colour with violet reflections in the glass. It is unique on the nose with spicy notes (curry) and aromas of black fruits dominated by cherries and wild blueberries. The wine expresses itself through a great aromatic freshness. In the mouth, this Cru Clasé from Saint-Emilion shows tannins with a pleasant tension, well extracted, mature and with a fine finish. The wine has a great character and combines a tasty Merlot that is full of freshness with a Cabernet Franc that gives the wine its framework.
