Chateau Laroque 2016

Château Laroque is purple-red in color. The nose is deep and slightly smoky, with notes of ripe fruit, plums and a little dark chocolate. The palate is also straightforward and has a present fruit, which is supported by distinctive tannins, as well as a fine minerality and a slight saltiness in the long finish. Château Laroque is valued by many experts and is rated accordingly highly, not least because of its very good price-performance ratio.
